Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Law N° 29733 (Peru) and applicable GDPR regulations, you may request the deletion of your personal data from the OnixLand platform.

Administrators and staff registered on the platform

Fleets & Drivers

Fleet administrators and registered drivers

This action will delete your account and personal data from OnixLand.

Billing data will be retained for 7 years due to tax obligations (SUNAT). Driver and trip data will be retained anonymised for 5 years.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
